Overview
At BookJobs, we take pride in the quality of our digital templates. All templates are professionally built by a practising accountant with over 10 years of audit experience. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital downloads across all platforms, as we are unable to verify whether a file has been used, copied or distributed after delivery.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once:
Your payment has been confirmed
The download link has been sent to your email
The file has been accessed or downloaded
This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property of BookJobs and is consistent with international standards for digital product sales.
Exceptions — When We Will Help
We are humans, not robots. If something goes wrong, we will always do our best to make it right. We will offer a replacement file or full refund in the following circumstances:
Corrupt or damaged file — If the file you received is corrupt, damaged or cannot be opened, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement immediately
Wrong file delivered — If you received a file different from what you purchased, we will correct this immediately at no cost
Duplicate purchase — If you accidentally purchased the same template twice, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge
File does not match description — If the template is materially different from what was described in the product listing, we will offer a full refund upon review
What We Cannot Refund
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
You changed your mind after downloading
You purchased the wrong template by mistake and have already downloaded it
You do not have the required software to open the file (Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, or Google Sheets — stated in all product listings)
The template does not suit your specific business needs beyond what was described
You experienced technical difficulties unrelated to our file (e.g. your own computer or software issues)
You found a cheaper alternative elsewhere after purchase
Compatibility
All BookJobs templates are built for Microsoft Excel 2016 and later versions, and are also compatible with Google Sheets. Please ensure you have compatible software before purchasing. Incompatibility with your software is not grounds for a refund.
How to Request Support
If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us before leaving a review. We respond to all emails within 1 business day (Singapore time).

The template name you purchased
A description of the issue
A screenshot if applicable
We are committed to resolving every issue fairly and promptly. Your satisfaction matters to us.
Intellectual Property
All templates sold by BookJobs are protected under intellectual property law. Purchase grants a single-user personal or business licence only. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as your own work. Violation of this licence will result in legal action.
