Upload bank statements & transaction records
Send us your bank statements in CSV or PDF format and we'll count your transactions to give you a quote.
Receive an initial quote
We send you an initial fee estimate based on transaction count at SGD 3/transaction. This is an estimate — not final.

Pay 50% to start
Happy with the quote? We invoice 50% of the estimated fee as a non-refundable setup fee. Pay it and we begin.
Upload documents
Upload your supporting documents — receipts, invoices, and any other relevant files.

We reconcile your books
Sit back while we reconcile your accounts and prepare your management accounts accurately and carefully.

Final invoice
Once completed, we issue a final invoice based on the actual transaction count. Your 50% deposit is deducted from the total.
Receive your completed accounts
Settle the final invoice and your completed management accounts are delivered to you immediately.
